The SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE), is a national-level engineering entrance examination by the Vellore Institute of Technology, SRM, to get admission to its undergraduate programs in engineering courses. Vellore Institute of Technology (SRM) is a deemed university situated in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India. Established in the year 1984, SRM is ranked as one of the best engineering institutions in India. Exam Mode is a Computer-Based Test (CBT) for 2.5 hours.

SRMJEEE Exam Age Limit
The age limit for SRM entrance exams is that candidates should be born on or after July 1, 2003. You should not be older than 21 years by 1st July of the admission year. The applicant must have completed or must be appearing in 2025 in any one of the recognized qualifying examinations like the 10+2 System of Examination of any recognized Board in India and or abroad. In addition, applicants should produce their High School / SSC / X Certificate for verification of age while seeking counseling/admission. Failure to do so leads to disqualification.

General Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualifying Examination:

For B.Tech Programs
- Min. 60 % aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biology.

- Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology as compulsory subjects.
For Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, and Biomedical Engineering:
- 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics.
- 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics individually.
Special Cases:
- NRI/Foreign candidates: Valid SAT/ACT scores or equivalent qualifications.

SOME EXAM 2025 ADMIT CARD
SRMJEEE admit card 2025 will be issued to registered candidates on December 20, 2024, as the exam date is January 5, 2025. The SRMJEEE 2025 admit card will have the candidate’s name, photo, roll number, test venue, and reporting time. It will have to be downloaded from the official website of SRMJEEE 2025. The SRMJEEE 2025 registration is now open. Candidates must submit the form by November 30, 2024. Only candidates who have registered for the exam will get the SRMJEEE 2025 admit card. Candidates must use their SRMJEEE 2025 registration credentials to download their admit cards. Test takers need to bring two printed copies of their SRMJEEE admit card 2025. Only a hard copy is accepted at the test center.
SOME EXAM 2025 SELECTION PROCESS
- The SRMJEEE 2025 selection process should start in March 2025. This will be after the SRMJEEE 2025 cut-off, set for early February 2025.
- Each SRMJEEE institute has a unique SRMJEEE 2025 selection process. There is no centralized procedure for it.
- Candidates will be chosen based on their performance in the selection process. There is no fixed weight for any part of it.
- Students who took the SRMJEEE exam and made the final merit list will be invited for SRMJEEE counseling. The next stage of the selection process will use the SRMJEEE criteria.
- It will include a Group Discussion (GD) and a Personal Interview (PI).
- The final merit list will be based on the candidates’ total scores in all stages of the SRMJEEE 2025 selection process.
