SNAP Exam 2024

SNAP (Symbiosis National Aptitude Test) is a national-level exam for students who are aiming to go into an MBA/PGDM program. It is a computer-based exam that is online mode. The exam is said to be held in December 2024. The exam is conducted on three different dates and students can appear in the exam three times. Age Limit for the SNAP Exam 2024

There is no age limit set to appear in the SNAP Entrance Exam 2024. Any individual who can fulfill the criteria mentioned can appear in the exam. 

Eligibility Criteria for SNAP MBA Entrance Exam 2024

Here is a list of criteria that individuals must follow before applying for the SNAP Exam 2024: 

• Candidates must have passed their graduation with a minimum of 50% marks.
• Appearing candidates must have completed their bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in any discipline.
• Candidates who are appearing in the final year of their graduation examination can also fill out the form and appear in the exam, but their admission will only be taken if they have a qualified bachelor’s degree within the time boundation. 
• And for getting admission to top colleges, the candidate must have scored 25-30 out of 60. 

Exam Pattern of  SNAP Entrance Exam 2024

The SNAP Exam 2024 is going to be conducted in December and the registration has begun from 5 August 2024. The exam consists of 3 sections that is General English which consists of Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Analytical & Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency. There will be a total of 60 questions. 

Question Paper Pattern SNAP Exam 2024 

The question paper of the SNAP Exam 2024 consists of 3 sections. Candidates who are appearing in the exam can choose to attempt first at their convenience. There is no time limit allotted for each section. The table mentioned below will help candidates get a brief idea about several questions and marks set for every section. 

• The total no. Of questions will be 60 and there is no such time limit set for each section. 
• For every correct answer 1 mark will be awarded and for every wrong answer -¼ marks will be deducted. 

How to Register for SNAP Exam 2024?

Below are the instructions given to register for the SNAP Exam: 

1. The registration process started on August 5, 2024. 
2. Candidates interested in taking the SNAP Exam can register on the official website snaptest.org till November 22, 2024. 
3. Once you enter your basic details like gmail ID you will get a login ID and password through which you can move further with your application process.
4. Enter all the details as asked like personal details, qualification details, etc.
5. Upload your passport-size photo, signature, and other documents as asked in the prescribed format.
6. Candidates must be ensured that all the details filled in the registration form must be correct. 
7. Before submitting the form thoroughly check your details, if you once submitted the form there is no room for any correction afterward.
8. After submitting the form a new section of fee payment will appear, each candidate must pay the fee to complete the SNAP registration format.
9. After completing the registration you will get a mail through which you will get confirmation.
10. The last date to register is November 22, 2024

SNAP Exam 2024 Admit Card 

As there are 3 SNAP Exams held, three admit cards will be issued on the dates that are mentioned on the official website of SNAP: December 02, 2024, for SNAP test 1, December 09, 2024, for SNAP test 2, December 15, 2024, for SNAP test 3. 

Syllabus of the SNAP Exam 2024

General English: The verbal reasoning section checks candidates’ thinking and problem-solving tendencies.  This consists of a total of 15 questions and there is no time list set for a particular section. The general English section checks individual proficiency and fluency in the English language. Reading comprehension is an important part of the syllabus as it evaluates a candidate’s ability to understand and interpret written text, while English Grammar tests an individual ability to understand the basic rules and structure of the English language. Word Meaning and Verbal Ability are essential to test the vocabulary and candidate’s ability to use words effectively in communication.

Logical Reasoning: It consists of 25 questions. The logical reasoning section checks candidates’ thinking and problem-solving tendencies. Logical Reasoning syllabus consists of these topics: Coding-Decoding, Critical Reasoning, Statement Conclusions, Puzzles, Blood Relations, etc. Coding-Decoding tests your ability to decipher codes or patterns, Statement Conclusions, and Blood Relations. Logical reasoning comprises easy to difficult questions. 

Data Sufficiency: To solve today’s business challenges data literacy is one of the most relevant and in-demand skills. The new data Insights section measures your ability to analyze and interpret data and apply it to real-world business scenarios. Questions ask you to assess how multiple sources and types of information relate to one another including graphic, numeric, and verbal. 

Documents Required at the SNAP Exam Center 2024 

SNAP has listed some documents that every candidate must carry with them at the exam center. List of the documents are mentioned below:

• Photo- Copy of confirmation e-mail
• GMAT admit card
• Valid original photo ID
• Valid signature ID

How to check the SNAP Result 2024?

Go to the official website of SNAP.

Click on the result section, and enter your login ID and password.

A new window will appear, then click on ‘the SNAP 2024 Scorecard’.

After checking the result if you want to save or download the result then click on the download button.

After clicking the download button the SNAP Result will be downloaded and saved in your storage.

SNAP Exam 2024 Cutoff 

After the declaration of the result, the SNAP cut-off is released by the colleges. The cutoff will be published as per marks or percentile of candidates appearing in the exam. Various colleges have their cutoff criteria for admission so check the cutoff of the particular college you want to be part of. 

Selection Process of the SNAP 2024

The selection process of the candidate will start after the declaration of the SNAP Exam 2024 Result. As many colleges offer MBA courses each college has its selection process. Selection of the candidates for admission is done based on the marks or percentile obtained by them. College or Institution Short lists the candidates and then they call them for group discussion and personal interviews. Based on these selection rounds and personal interviews candidates are chosen for admission.
