The Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT) is a national-level management entrance EXAM. BITSAT EXAM 2024 AGE LIMIT

There is no age limit set for BITSAT by Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, and candidates can apply irrespective of their age. BITSAT aspirants have to meet a minimum qualification to be eligible for the EXAM.

BITSAT EXAM 2024 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidates applying for BITSAT 2024 must check the eligibility criteria and other academic requirements before preparing and applying for it. Candidates who do not meet the BITSAT eligibility criteria will not be selected for admission, irrespective of whether they have appeared for the EXAM or not.

BITSAT EXAM 2024 EXAM PATTERN

BITSAT EXAMs 2024 will be conducted in CBT (Computer-Based Test) format. Test centers will be allotted to the candidates appearing in the BITSAT EXAM 2024. Here are some important details regarding the BITSAT EXAM 2024:

• The total duration of the BITSAT Exam is 3 hours (180 minutes).
• The test comprises 130 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) divided across four sections. Physics contains 30 questions, chemistry contains 30 questions, English contains 10 questions, reasoning contains 20 questions and math contains 40 questions.
• For each correct answer +3 marks, For each incorrect answer, -1 Marks, and the question which is not attempted does not affect the score.
• If candidates complete all 130 questions within the allotted time, they can attempt an additional 12 questions (4 each from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology) to improve their score.
• The questions are based on the NCERT syllabus for classes 11 and 12.
• The test is conducted in English only.
• The exam is offered in two sessions. Candidates can choose to appear in either one or both sessions.

BITSAT EXAM 2024 ADMIT CARD

BITSAT admit card 2024 will be issued to registered candidates from 15 January 2024 to 3 July 2024, as the EXAM date is May 2, 2024, to July 1, 2024. The BITSAT 2024 admit card will have the candidate’s name, photo, roll number, test venue, and reporting time. It will have to be downloaded from the official website of BITSAT 2024. The BITSAT 2024 registration is now open. Candidates must submit the form by 3 July 2024. Only candidates who have registered for the EXAM will get the BITSAT 2024 admit card from 16 May 2024 to 1 July 2024. Candidates must use their BITSAT 2024 registration credentials to download their admit cards. Test takers need to bring two printed copies of their BITSAT admit card 2024. Only a hard copy is accepted at the test center.

BITSAT EXAM 2024 RESULT

BITS Pilani will release the BITSAT result 2024, likely on 4 July 2024. After the BITSAT result, candidates can access their scorecards online on the official EXAM website. BITSAT EXAM 2024 SELECTION PROCESS

The BITSAT 2024 selection process should start on 15 August 2024. This will be after the BITSAT 2024 cut-off. Each BITSAT institute has a unique BITSAT 2024 selection process. There is no centralized procedure for it. Candidates will be chosen based on their performance in the selection process. There is no fixed weight for any part of it.

Students who took the BITSAT EXAM and made the final merit list will be invited for BITSAT counseling. The next stage of the selection process will use the BITS criteria. It will include a Group Discussion (GD) and a Personal Interview (PI). The final merit list will be based on the candidates’ total scores in all stages of the BITSAT 2024 selection process.
